I guess that’s cause you don’t have much to say in the first place loser. Decide what you wanna say , then come on here and type.

Oh and about the debate thing? well I chose the debate counter to see what people prefer using. There is no debate. BUT if you think you can, lets have a debate smile

To start with your first question… There is no debate going on here; I just want to see what readers prefer using.
Both are social networking sites. I guess you should read up what a social networking site is. They do not have a different functionality, matter of fact you can update your status on facebook just as often.
Only thing is with the stupid updates you would put up, I think your friend list would dwindle quickly.
What aspects of privacy of you ask?
Well you can go see almost anyone’s picture updates on twitpic since per se there are no privacy controls on that site. So yes with pictures facebook has more privacy
Same thing with Facebook, it has more privacy inbuilt and in a few weeks that privacy will only be enhanced.
As to ENABLE privacy settings a majority of today’s users do not know how to do that, Facebook offers you some privacy from the word Go. Twitter doesn’t. On twitter it takes atleast 4 clicks before you can get to the settings on your profile and select private mode.
With regards to 3rd party applications, that is something a User is going and specifically clicking on, and accepting to share his information. Last time I checked it clearly mentions that data from your profile will be used, it even goes further to ask if it could be used while the user is offline. Unless you are stupid enough to accept that I don’t think facebook can do much.
As compared to that, on twitter I think i have already been offered a dozen times to see Britney Spears do things that I would prefer not to talk about here. I don’t see that as harmless. Considering the naivety of some users who will click on the links and download God knows what virus. Still seems harmless to you?
They are explicit about the consequences all you got to click to read the terms and conditions. The whole set of terms and conditions are not loaded up as a convenience issue. Also it’s clearly stupidity if in today’s day and age you think your data is not going onto some database at a call centre or some silly marketer.
FB and twitter aren’t really different. They are the same. You update your status, you upload pictures, you comment on other’s status updates. Don’t you do that on twitter too?
Twitter has some limitations but they are basically the same. They are both social networking sites.
The only difference I see is that on facebook you are more likely to have only REAL friend’s not mutual friends or random people getting to read your updates or even asking to do so.
Again there is no debate. It’s called an opinion piece.
